Staying in Positano, Amalfi and other seaside towns
Staying here might be the more expensive option, but at the same time these seaside towns are the most romantic and boast the most beautiful landscapes. Looking for a holiday to remember? Take a peek at the following types of hotel:
Staying in Agerola
At 600 metres above sea level, Agerola is a mountain town. It is from here that the famous Footpath of the Gods starts. At this elevation, it’s a bit of pain getting down to the sea front. Unless you fancy tackling the steep descent (and the 2,500 steps to get back up) then you will end up taking the bus up and down. It might not be the comfiest place in the world, but it is full of villas and apartments, with inexpensive options for all the family.
